Shipping policy

I select the fastest shipping option available for your order. Processing times vary depending on the style of cup purchased. For custom orders, current processing time is 2–5 business days after the order is completed.

Some styles require additional preparation time. For example, glitter-style cups must “degas,” allowing air bubbles to rise so additional solution can be added before sealing. Other styles, such as dry glitter cups and frosted mugs, can ship the next business day. Premade cups listed as available on the site are ready to ship same day.

Please note that air bubbles may appear during shipping due to changes in pressure. These bubbles help prevent pressure buildup that could cause the cup to burst during transit. Air bubbles are normal and unavoidable during shipping and are not considered a defect, therefore they do not qualify for a replacement or refund.
